Recipes

These are for the 'perfec-tinator' and the 'guess-inator' when it comes to cooking and baking in the kitchen.  Meaning, you could try these recipes with the same ingredients and steps, you could measure from the heart, or simply use these ingredients and steps as a baseline and make it your own by putting your twist to it!  These delights could be made and prepared ahead and be put in the refrigerator/ freezer to be enjoyed at the time preferred — and all of these recipes could be enjoyed year 'round!

Slightly tailored to the health, wellness, and fitness community, yet all could be made by anyone in any household, these simple, easy, and common-yet-unique recipes all vary from dishes that are protein-filled (which is good and important especially when being active or when on-the-go) to help keep you fuller for longer, all the way to sweet treats or simple snacks that can be enjoyed anytime!  The key strategy approach with them is simplicity, and the not-so-ordinary ways of preparing some of them reduce the time it takes to make them while still enjoying flavorful recipes!  You could add these to your routine or make a fun time out of it while making them on special occasion!
