Train

This approach to training will give you daily guidance and coaching at your fingertips at your own pace, on your own time, and when and where you want. 
Maybe your habits are causing you to fall off track or a physical setback is causing your body to not be in full swing, or maybe you're not in a stage where going to a gym on your own is feasible.  This is designed specifically to not only help you with easy to follow tips with fitness plans and nutritional coaching, but with daily accountability in sleep, stress levels, and hydration performance, in addition to setting any healthier habits you may want to work on in any and all spheres in life, empowering longer, more lasting results.

No Time to Not Get in Exercise
 
A flexible foundation platform and a
no-excuse model to always choose to do the right thing, in exercising!  Work with what you have, from either having only your own body and a 5 foot space in front of you in your home, to having a full-range of varied equipment at home, to having your favorite local town gym or franchise model if you travel, or a membership at any studio of your choice.  â€‹
This hybrid model makes exercise easy, fun, and with a customized twist so that you can either get to your wanted results at home, or doing your favorite activities, or both simultaneously together, all in the same week!  Want to throw in and try an activity you've always wanted to try but have been afraid or haven't had the missing piece of someone holding you accountable?  Let me know the week before and I'll add it into the schedule with the added touch of making sure it's been complete!
No-Stressing
 
For all fitness-levels.
The guesswork is taken out for you when it comes to your important life essential- in exercise.  No need to rush to
timed-rush
ed-appointments either! 
(If not incorporating that specifically into our plan).

Simply log into the app, look at your customized schedule, and do the activity at any time in the day, at your own pace, and wherever you are (whether at home, at your favorite fitness studio, at a hotel gym, at a friend's house, at a recreation center, or at a park or field). 
Other than the possibly built-in standing suggested Orangetheory class, YMCA swim class, or town Yoga session, simply rely on us to remind you daily to complete your activity!
Versatile
 
We believe in making exercise consistently achievable and hold that to a higher standard. 
Unlike other fitness program apps, we believe in 'meeting you where you are' at your current fitness level, and learn what's right and best for you.

Integrate what you personally like, whether that's incorporating 
water-front walks/ jogs, cycling, tennis, gardening; or even mental uplift activities like sunbathing,
dog-walk strolling, canoeing, archery, etc. 
(The sky's truly the limit!)

Simply choose how you'd like to get the bare minimum your body needs to exercise, or rely on us to mix up your workouts via our multi-channeled versatile all-encompassing activity library, avoiding ever plateauing or getting bored!
